Orders and delivery
Review the quote, scope, currency, price, deliverables and deadline before acceptance. Pay only through the order's supported method. Providers start work and submit delivery through the order; customers may request changes or confirm acceptance. Keep relevant evidence. Confirmation starts the disclosed settlement waiting period, normally seven days in this version; it does not waive mandatory rights or mean an immediate bank transfer.
Payments, refunds and reserves
The checkout shows applicable fees and provider terms before payment. Stripe handles supported checkout and Connect transfers; Airwallex handles enabled order payments and transfers to reviewed bank beneficiaries. A browser return, pending transfer or platform hold is not proof of bank receipt or a licensed escrow arrangement. Refunds depend on performance, evidence, provider processing and mandatory law, not a blanket non-refund rule. Risk reserves are not insurance or guaranteed compensation; review their amount, deductions and exit conditions before participation.
Reports, restrictions and appeals
Report the content URL or order reference, reason and relevant evidence through the published support contact. Do not disclose unrelated personal data. Authorized personnel may hide content, restrict access or hold transactions to investigate abuse or comply with law; originals and action reasons may be retained for review. You may ask for the reason and challenge errors. Urgent restrictions can precede review; lawful disclosures and safety needs may limit notice. Support review is not a court judgment or binding legal arbitration.
