Entitytax LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. Our intended service markets include the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the European Union, ASEAN and West Asia. Specific country and service availability depends on local requirements, provider qualifications and payment eligibility; this list is not a promise that every service is available or licensed everywhere. Our role and professional responsibility
Providing technology does not make the platform your accountant, lawyer, tax preparer, broker, investment adviser or licensed escrow agent. Review the named provider, credentials, scope, price and engagement before ordering. A verification badge describes a review process, not a guarantee of accuracy, solvency, return or performance. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
Accounts, authority and age
Use accurate information and act only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and not for children. Protect login and device keys, report suspected compromise and do not share privileged accounts. Professionals must maintain qualifications required for the work and location. A displayed badge does not replace independent verification.
Orders and delivery
Review the quote, scope, currency, price, deliverables and deadline before acceptance. Pay only through the order's supported method. Providers start work and submit delivery through the order; customers may request changes or confirm acceptance. Keep relevant evidence. Confirmation starts the disclosed settlement waiting period, normally seven days in this version; it does not waive mandatory rights or mean an immediate bank transfer.
Payments, refunds and reserves
The checkout shows applicable fees and provider terms before payment. Stripe handles supported checkout and Connect transfers; Airwallex handles enabled order payments and transfers to reviewed bank beneficiaries. A browser return, pending transfer or platform hold is not proof of bank receipt or a licensed escrow arrangement. Refunds depend on performance, evidence, provider processing and mandatory law, not a blanket non-refund rule. Risk reserves are not insurance or guaranteed compensation; review their amount, deductions and exit conditions before participation.
Company and investment information
Investment posts become public when submitted through the permitted workflow, without administrator preapproval. This is an information board, not investment execution, a crowdfunding portal, subscription, custody or personalized recommendation. Publication is not regulatory approval. Do not solicit or execute prohibited securities transactions through the site. Verify counterparties and engage independently qualified advisers; do not send investment capital through service-order payments.
Content rules and fair reviews
Do not post unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, infringing or privacy-invasive content, stolen credentials or malicious files. Only submit data you are entitled to share. Reviews must reflect genuine experience; disclose paid promotion and material referral relationships. Do not buy fake reviews or suppress lawful criticism merely because it is negative. A sensitive-word match is a review signal, not proof of wrongdoing.
Reports, restrictions and appeals
Report the content URL or order reference, reason and relevant evidence through the published support contact. Do not disclose unrelated personal data. Authorized personnel may hide content, restrict access or hold transactions to investigate abuse or comply with law; originals and action reasons may be retained for review. You may ask for the reason and challenge errors. Urgent restrictions can precede review; lawful disclosures and safety needs may limit notice. Support review is not a court judgment or binding legal arbitration.
Rights, changes and ending use
You retain rights in your content and grant only the permissions needed to host, display and process it for the service you request. Stop using optional features or request account closure through support; unresolved payments, evidence and lawful retention survive where necessary. Material policy changes receive a new version and any legally required notice or consent. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or forces you to surrender access to competent courts or regulators.
